Booking & Payment

All workshop places must be booked in advance. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot.

Cancellations & Refunds
If you are unable to attend a workshop, please let us know as soon as possible.

Refunds are not guaranteed. However, if your place can be filled, a partial refund may be offered.

Please note that an administrative fee will be retained.

You are also welcome to transfer your place to someone else if you are unable to attend.
 

Rescheduling 

In the unlikely event that a workshop needs to be cancelled or rescheduled, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

Materials
Materials are not included unless stated otherwise.
A detailed list of required materials will be provided after booking, along with guidance on what to bring.

Attendance & Punctuality
Please arrive on time to ensure you get the most out of your workshop. Late arrivals may miss important instructions.

Health & Safety
Participants are responsible for following all safety instructions provided during the workshop.
Sewing equipment and tools must be used with care.

Liability
The Makeaway is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the workshop, except where required by law.

Age Requirements
Workshops are suitable for participants aged 18+ unless otherwise stated.

Photos & Media
Photos or videos may be taken during workshops for promotional purposes.
Please let us know in advance if you prefer not to be included.
